摘　　要：C反应蛋白(CRP)作为一种炎症反应的标志物,自发现以来受到了广泛关注,其在炎症反应中的生理功能逐渐被研究证实,其水平变化与人体健康状况密切相关,已在临床广泛应用。临床需要多种检测CRP水平的方法。随着检测技术的发展,更具灵敏度的检测方法被应用于检验工作,使CRP检测在临床应用中发挥更加充分的作用。该文就CRP的生理功能、检测方法及临床应用等方面的最新研究进展综述如下。C reactive protein(CRP),as a marker of inflammation,has been widely studied since its discovery.Its physiological function in inflammation has been gradually confirmed by studies.The change of CRP level is closely related to the health status of human body,and it has been widely used in clinic.A variety of CRP level detection methods have been developed for clinical needs.With the development of detection technology,more sensitive detection methods have been applied to test work,making CRP detection play a more full role in clinical application.This article reviews the latest research progress in the physiological function,detection methods and clinical application of CRP.
