摘　　要：HIV感染及导致的艾滋病是当今世界面临的重大公共卫生问题,并发的眼内疾病极易造成视力残疾。随着ART的推广,艾滋病患者的生存期延长,良好的视力尤为重要。早期诊断和治疗是防止其眼部并发症造成视力损害的关键,但目前国内相关报道较少,本文现对目前全球范围内艾滋病并发眼内疾病的研究现状及进展进行讨论。Human immunodeficiency virus infection is a vast and crucial public health problem worldwide.With antiretroviral therapy,patients live longer,and good vision is critical.Early diagnosis and treatment is the key to preventing visual impairment caused by HIV/AIDS.However,there are few relevant reports in China.This paper reviews the current research status and progress of intraocular diseases combined with HIV/AIDS.
