摘　　要：男性性工作者(MSWs)作为HIV流行中的特殊人群,对HIV流行造成的影响受到越来越多的关注。该人群作为异性恋与同性恋之间传播HIV的桥梁,有着不同于其他人群的感染因素及流行特征。本文对近年来MSWs的HIV流行影响因素、流行情况和干预现状进行综述,为控制MSWs中HIV流行提供依据。As a unique population in the HIV epidemic,male sex workers(MSWs)have received increasing attention to the impact of the HIV epidemic.This population,which acts as a bridge between heterosexuals and homosexuals,has different HIV epidemic characteristics from other populations.We reviewed the risk factors,HIV epidemic situation,and intervention programs of MSWs in recent years to provide a reference for controlling the HIV epidemic in MSWs.
