摘　　要：电磁战斗管理是美军为推动电磁频谱作战提出的电磁频谱跨域协同与能力集成的管理方法。剖析了美军电磁战斗管理、电磁战斗管理系统概念内涵,从典型系统、主要特点和发展趋势方面分析了美军电磁战斗管理系统能力发展现状,提出了对电磁战斗管理建设发展的启示,为推动电磁频谱作战能力提升提供借鉴参考。Electromagnetic combat management is a management method for cross domain collaboration and capability integration of electromagnetic spectrum proposed by the U.S.military to promote electromagnetic spectrum operations.The concept connotation of the electromagnetic combat management and electromagnetic combat management system of the U.S.military are analyzed,the current situation of the capabilities of the electromagnetic combat management system of the U.S.military from the aspects of typical systems,main characteristics and development trends are analyzed,and the enlightenment for the development of the electromagnetic combat management,which provides reference for promoting the improvement of the electromagnetic spectrum com-bat capabilities is put forward.
