摘  要:可拆装式箱型轻钢结构房屋采用复杂冷弯构件,节点采用无螺母高强螺栓,结构特殊,力学性能复杂。通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立了箱型房屋精细化模型和多尺度模型,与箱型房屋模块单体的竖向承载力和抗侧性能试验进行了结果对比与验证。分析了底部铰接和底部刚接模型的抗侧刚度,试验的边界条件属于半刚性连接。选取底部铰接的通用模块单体的多尺度模型,研究了房屋高度、柱壁厚度和楼面荷载等对箱型房屋竖向承载力的影响,探讨了模块横向与纵向抗侧性能的差异,研究了顶部荷载、房屋高度、柱壁厚度和螺栓直径等对箱型房屋纵向抗侧性能的影响。结果表明:增加柱壁厚度,竖向承载力提升效果显著,增大房屋高度,竖向承载力降低幅度不大,而楼面荷载等对其几乎无影响;横向抗侧刚度比纵向抗侧刚度提高了约17%,降低房屋高度会提高其弹性变形阶段的纵向抗侧刚度,而竖向荷载、柱壁厚度、螺栓长度和螺栓直径对其影响不大。最后,基于多层箱型房屋的整体受力特征,结合竖向承载力和抗侧性能研究,提出了多层箱型房屋设计方法及设计选用表,可为多层箱型房屋的设计与应用提供参考。The assembled-type of light steel(ATLS)modular house has special structure characteristics and complex mechanical properties,due to complex cold-formed steel components and joints connected by high-strength bolts without nuts.The refined and multi-scale models of ATLS modular house are established by ABAQUS finite element software,and compared with a vertical bearing capacity and lateral resistance tests of ATLS modular units.The lateral stiffness of the bottom hinged and bottom rigid connection models are analyzed,and the boundary conditions of the test are semi-rigid connections.Based on a multi-scale model of universal module unit with bottom hinged,the influences of building height,the thickness of column,and floor load on the vertical bearing capacity of ATLS modular house are studied.The differences in transverse and longitudinal lateral resistance of modules are discussed.The results indicate that increasing the thickness of the column wall can improve the vertical bearing capacity significantly,and increasing the height of the house reduces the vertical bearing capacity insignificantly.However,floor load and other factors have negligible impact on it.The lateral stiffness is about 17%higher than longitudinal lateral stiffness.The longitudinal lateral stiffness in the elastic deformation stage of the house can be improved by reducing the height of the building.However,the vertical load,the thickness of column wall,bolt length and bolt diameter have little effect.Finally,combined with the overall stress characteristics of multi-story ATLS modular house and the study of vertical bearing capacity and lateral resistance,the design method and selection table of multi-story ATLS modular house are proposed,which provides a reference for the design and application of multistory ATLS modular houses.
