摘 要:国内外学者针对冷弯厚壁型钢构件进行了大量材性试验研究。以此为基础对闭口及开口冷弯厚壁型钢构件的材性及短柱试验数据进行汇总,分析了截面不同部位的冷作硬化规律,提出了弯角屈服强度和抗拉强度的修正计算公式,结果表明:计算公式具有较高的精度。对各国规范考虑冷弯效应的屈服强度计算公式进行对比,并根据试验结果提出相应的修正公式,结果表明:我国规范和北美、澳洲/新西兰规范的计算结果与试验结果更接近,且总体上各国规范的计算结果差别不大;我国规范进行修正后计算精度有所提高,且变异系数较小。Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a large number of material property tests on cold-formed thick-walled steel members.The test data of material property tests and stub column tests of closed-shaped and open-shaped coldformed thick-walled steel members are summarized and the law of cold-work hardening for different parts of the section is analyzed.Then the modified formulas for yield and ultimate strength for corner parts were proposed,and the results show that the formulas had a good accuracy.The formulas for the yield strength considering cold-forming effect in different countries were compared and a set of modified formulas were proposed based on the test results.The results show that the calculation results of Chinese,North American and Australian/New Zealand standards are closer to the test yield strengths and the calculation results of different codes have little difference.The modified formula of Chinese code has a better accuracy and lower variation coefficient.
