摘 要:为研究十字形部分包覆钢-混凝土组合柱(PEC柱)轴向荷载作用下的受力性能,通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立了足尺十字形PEC柱模型,并利用已有的试验数据验证了其可靠性;在此基础上,进行了典型十字形PEC柱轴压全过程受力分析,揭示了其在轴压作用下的受力机理和破坏模式,并对该构件进行了受力性能参数分析,系统分析了含钢率、截面高宽比、钢材强度、混凝土强度、系杆间距和截面面积等参数对其轴压性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:十字形PEC柱受力性能良好,其破坏模式主要表现为柱中部混凝土被压碎,钢筋骨架向外发生鼓曲,横向系杆间的型钢翼缘发生波纹状的局部屈曲;极限轴压承载力随截面含钢率、钢材强度、混凝土强度和截面面积的提高而增大,但截面高宽比和系杆间距等对其承载能力影响不大。最后,考虑混凝土约束效应分区,提出了十字形PEC柱轴压承载力简化计算方法,计算结果与有限元模拟结果吻合较好。研究结果将为十字形PEC柱的设计和应用提供参考。In order to study the mechanical behavior of cross-shaped partially encased concrete composite(cross-shaped PEC)columns under axial compression,a finite element model of cross-shaped PEC columns under axial compression was established by finite element software ABAQUS,and the existing test data is used to validate the model.The whole loading process of a typical cross-shaped PEC column was analyzed to reveal its load-bearing mechanism and failure modes.Then a parametric analysis of cross-shaped PEC columns was performed.The influence of critical parameters including steel ratio,cross-sectional height-to-width ratio,steel strength,concrete strength,tendons spacing and sectional area on the axial compression behavior of cross-shaped PEC columns were systematically analyzed.The results show that the mechanical performance of the cross-shaped PEC column is good,and the failure mode is mainly manifested as the concrete crushing in the middle of the column.The reinforcement skeleton buckling outwards,and the local corrugated buckling of the steel flanges between the transverse tendons.The axial compression capacity of such members increases with the increase of steel ratio,steel strength,concrete strength,sectional area,but decreases with the increase of cross-section slenderness and tendons spacing.Finally,a simplified method for calculating the axial bearing capacity of the cross-shaped PEC column is proposed considering the partition of concrete constraint effect,and the calculated results are in a good agreement with the finite element simulation results.The research results provide a reference for the design of cross-shaped PEC members.
