摘  要:对304D不锈钢螺栓和QN1701端板攻丝连接与传统不锈钢螺栓连接的受力性能进行对比试验,研究单向受拉、单向受剪以及拉-剪复合受力状态下连接的破坏形态、受力机理和极限承载能力。试验结果表明:单向受拉时,不锈钢螺栓端板攻丝连接的极限承载力和变形与传统连接方式基本一致,但为避免发生垫片引起的连接失效,连接件开孔不应过大,且不应使用空腔墩头螺栓;单向受剪时,即使最小厚径比为0.67时,仍能满足栓杆剪断而攻丝板牙体无明显变形的破坏形态要求,考虑到试件表面未经处理,摩擦力失效快,不适用于摩擦型连接设计;拉-剪复合受力时,攻丝端板连接形式早期滑移量明显较小,极限承载力略有降低。为此,在确保牙体无明显破坏时,3种受力状态下不锈钢螺栓端板攻丝连接在承载力方面与传统连接方式基本一致,可参考现行规范进行设计;同时在受剪和拉-剪复合受力状态时,端板攻丝连接的早期滑移量明显偏小,更适用于实际工程。This paper compares the mechanical properties of 304D stainless steel bolt and QN1701 end-plate tapping connection with traditional stainless steel bolt connection.The failure mode,stress mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity are studied under unidirectional tension,unidirectional shear and tension-shear composite stress.The test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation are almost the same as those of the traditional connections,but in order to avoid the connection failure caused by the gasket,the opening of the connector should not be too large,and the hollow cavity head bolt should not be used.Under unidirectional shear,even when the minimum thickness-to-diameter ratio is 0.67,it can still meet the failure mode requirements of bolt rod shear cut without obvious deformation of tapping die.Considering that the surface of the specimen is not treated and the friction failure is fast,it is not suitable for friction connection design.Under tension-shear combined stress,the early slip of tapping end-plate connection is obviously small,and the ultimate bearing capacity is slightly reduced.Therefore,for ensuring no obvious damage to the tooth,the bearing capacity of stainless steel bolt end-plate tapping connection under the three stress states is consistent with the traditional connection,which can be designed based on the current specifications.At the same time,in the shear and tension shear composite stress state,the early slip is obviously small,which is more suitable for practical engineering projects.
