摘 要:采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)对CaCO_(3)晶须进行表面改性,通过X射线光电子能谱仪、红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪等测试改性CaCO_(3)晶须(MCW)表面的组成与特性。结果表明,正硅酸乙酯的水解产物与CaCO_(3)晶须表面的羟基发生反应,在CaCO_(3)晶须表面形成了稳定的、无定形态的SiO_(2)。改性CaCO_(3)晶须能进一步提高工程水泥基材料(ECC)的力学性能。改性CaCO_(3)晶须增强ECC的作用机理为:改性CaCO_(3)晶须表面的SiO_(2)与Ca(OH)_(2)发生水化反应,在MCW周围生成更多C-S-H凝胶,CaCO_(3)晶须被周围水化产物紧密包裹,增强了晶须与水泥基材料之间的界面粘结作用,裂缝在扩展过程中消耗更多的能量;水化反应的进行提高了水泥石结构的致密性,从而进一步提高ECC的力学性能。The surface of CaCO_(3) whisker was treated by ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS).The surface composition and properties of modified CaCO_(3) whisker were measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that the hydrolysate of TEOS reacts with the hydroxyl group on the surface of CaCO_(3) whisker,and forms stable and amorphous SiO_(2) on the whisker surface of CaCO_(3) whisker.The modified CaCO_(3) whisker further improve the mechanical properties of ECC.The mechanism of modified CaCO_(3) whisker reinforced ECC was revealed,SiO_(2) coated on the surface of the modified CaCO_(3) whisker reacts with Ca(OH)_(2) in cement-based material,and more C-S-H gel is generated around MCW.Therefore,CaCO_(3) whiskers are tightly wrapped by hydration products,thus enhancing the bonding effect between the whiskers and cementbased materials.And causing more energy consumed during the development of fracture propagation.One the other hand,the hydration reaction improves the compactness of the cement structure,further enhancing the mechanical properties of ECC.
