注射用血栓通联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察注射用血栓通联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年9月长沙市第三医院收治的冠心病患者78例,依照随机分组对照原则分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组单纯予丹红注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用注射用血栓通(冻干)治疗,2组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后血浆比黏度与全血黏度及不良反应(血压偏低、肾功能损害及肝功能损害)发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的71.79%(χ^(2)=9.849,P=0.002);治疗2个疗程后,2组血浆比黏度与全血黏度均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低的程度大于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组不良反应总发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的23.08%(χ^(2)=5.186,P=0.023)。结论注射用血栓通联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效肯定,可有效改善患者血浆比黏度和全血黏度,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Third Hospital of Changsha from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected.According to the principle of randomization and control,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases each.The control group was treated with Danhong injection alone,while the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong injection(lyophilized)on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Compared the treatment effect of the two groups,plasma specific viscosity and whole blood viscosity before and after treatment,and compare the occurrence of adverse reactions(low blood pressure,renal function damage and liver function damage).Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.44%,higher than 71.79%in the control group(χ^(2)=9.849,P=0.002).After 2 courses of treatment,the plasma specific viscosity and whole blood viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the degree of reduction in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%,lower than 23.08%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.186,P=0.023).Conclusion Xueshuantong for injection combined with Danhong injection has a positive clinical effect on coronary heart disease.It can effectively improve the plasma specific viscosity and whole blood viscosity of patients with high safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
