摘  要:目的:分析上海市普陀区内某建筑工地一起因工人体检发现疑似肺结核聚集性疫情发生及处置情况。方法:对疑似患者开展流行病学问卷调查,开展痰涂片、痰培养及GeneXpert检测,并落实隔离工作。对确诊患者排摸密切接触者,并对其进行肺结核筛查。结果:该工地工人体检共发现14名疑似肺结核病例,经实验室检测和影像学检查确诊肺结核3例,其中一例GeneXpert检测阳性,病例之间无直接联系。排摸肺结核患者密切接触者11名,均排除活动性肺结核。结论:尽早发现建筑工地等流动人口活动性肺结核患者,及时开展疫情处置,是阻止疫情蔓延的重要前提。Objective:To analyze the occurrence and disposal of a suspected pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)epidemic in a construction site in Putuo District of Shanghai.Methods:The suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients were investigated by epidemiological questionnaire,sputum smear,sputum culture and GeneXpert detection,and isolation work was carried out.The confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis patients were excluded from close contacts and screened for tuberculosis.Results:A total of 14 suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients were found in the physical examination of the workers at the construction site,3 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were confirmed by laboratory examination and imaging examination,one case was positive for GeneXpert,and there was no direct connection between the patients.There were 11 close contacts with pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and active pulmonary tuberculosis was excluded.Conclusion:Early detection of active tuberculosis patients in the construction sites and other migrant population,and timely disposal of the epidemic situation are the important prerequisite to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
