摘　　要：目的了解重庆市潼南区人民医院药物不良反应(ADR)发生特点及规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,收集2018年1月—2020年12月医院的ADR报告227份,分析患者基本情况、ADR严重程度、引起ADR的给药途径、药物分类、累及器官系统及临床表现等。结果227份ADR报告中,男性发生率高于女性;新的严重2例(0.88%),严重13例(5.73%),新的一般20例(8.81%),一般192例(84.58%);静脉滴注给药ADR发生率最高,占80.62%;抗感染药物占比最高为37.44%;ADR主要累及器官系统为皮肤及其附件。结论ADR的发生与年龄、给药途径、药品种类等因素均存在相关性,医院开展ADR监测工作,可为临床提供合理用药方案,规范给药途径,最大限度减少和预防ADR事件。Objective To understand the occurrence characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in Tongnan District People′s Hospital of Chongqing,and provide reference for safe and rational drug use in clinic.Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to collect 227 ADR reports from the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020,and analyzed the basic situation of patients,severity of ADR,routes of administration causing ADR,drug classification,organ system involved and clinical manifestations.Results Among the 227 reports,the incidence of male ADR was higher than female.There were 2 new serious cases(0.88%),13 serious cases(5.73%),20 new general cases(8.81%)and 192 general cases(84.58%);The incidence of ADR of intravenous infusion was the highest,accounting for 80.62%.The highest proportion of anti-infective drugs was 37.44%;ADR mainly involved the skin and its appendages.Conclusion The occurrence of ADR is related to age,route of administration,type of drugs and other factors.The monitoring work of ADR carried out in hospitals can provide rational drug use plan for clinical practice,standardize the route of administration,and minimize and prevent ADR events.
