摘  要:胆固醇稳态对正常的细胞和系统功能至关重要,机体内胆固醇含量过多和缺乏都会导致疾病。胆固醇代谢紊乱不仅是心血管疾病的基础,而且是越来越多的其他疾病的重要诱发因素,如高胆固醇血症、2型糖尿病、畜禽及宠物代谢性疾病。胆固醇水平反映了生物合成、摄取、输出和酯化之间的动态平衡,在这个过程中胆固醇转化为中性胆固醇酯或储存在脂滴中,或作为脂蛋白的成分分泌。本研究从胆固醇的合成、代谢、稳态调节等方面综述了胆固醇的研究进展,并讨论了胆固醇稳态调节与肝损伤的相互作用。Cholesterol homeostasis is essential for normal cell and system functions.Excessive or lack of cholesterol in the body can cause diseases.Cholesterol balance disorder is not only the basis of cardiovascular disease,but also an important predisposing factor for more and more other diseases,such as hypercholesterolemia,type 2 diabetes and metabolic diseases of livestock and pets.Cellular cholesterol levels reflect the dynamic balance between biosynthesis,uptake,export and esterification.In this process,cholesterol is converted into neutral cholesterol esters or stored in lipid droplets,or secreted as a component of lipoproteins.This article reviews the research progress of cholesterol from the aspects of cholesterol synthesis,metabolism and homeostasis regulation,and discusses the interaction between cholesterol homeostasis regulation and liver injury.
