摘  要:氯离子通道是一类主要转运氯离子及其他阴离子如NO_(3)^(-)、PO_(4)^(3-)等的蛋白,发挥着细胞信号传导,维持细胞内pH值,调节细胞膜电位和体积、水和电解质分泌等作用。在肾脏,不同的部位分布着不同的氯离子通道,有研究结果表明肾脏中的氯离子通道参与了众多生理功能,如浓缩尿液、盐和蛋白的重吸收等,这些氯离子通道蛋白表达异常可引发多种肾脏疾病。本文主要介绍了电压依赖氯通道、囊性纤维跨膜电导调控子和钙激活氯通道的结构、生理功能以及和肾脏的疾病关系。Chloride ion channels are a class of proteins that mainly transport chloride ions and other anions such as NO_(3)^(-) and PO_(4)^(3-),playing a role in cell signal transduction,maintaining intracellular PH value,regulating cell membrane potential and volume,water and electrolyte secretion,etc.Different chloride channels are distributed in different parts of the kidney.Recent studies have shown that chloride channels in the kidney are involved in many physiological functions,such as concentrated urine,salt and protein reabsorption,etc.Abnormal expression of these chloride channels can lead to a variety of kidney diseases.In this paper,the structure and physiological functions of chloride channel of the CLC gene family,cystic fiber transmembrane conductance regulator and calcium-activated Cl-channel and their relationship with kidney diseases were reviewed.
