摘　　要：目的:探讨软性固定结合空心螺钉固定治疗C3型肱骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2020年1月20例肱骨远端C3型骨折患者的临床资料,其中男12例,女8例;年龄20~58岁,平均40.5岁。损伤原因:车祸交通伤10例,摔伤6例,高处坠落伤4例。骨折分型依据OA/OTA分类:均为C3型,采用软性固定结合空心螺钉固定。结果:术后本组患者均获得随访(时间为10~28个月,平均16个月),均达到骨性愈合,未出现感染病例。依据Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS)平均82.6分;本组患者优、良率分别为60.5%和20%,总体优良率为80.5%。结论:采用软性固定结合空心螺钉固定治疗C3型骨折,能很好重建滑车,恢复肘关节解剖,得到早期的功能锻炼,获得满意疗效。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of soft fixation combined with hollow screw fixation in the treatment of C3 distal humerus fractures.Methods:The clinical data of 20 patients with C3 distal humeral fractures from January 2016 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,including 12 males and 8 females.Their ages ranged from 20 to 58 years,with an average of 40.5 years.Causes of injury included traffic accident injuries in 10 cases,fall injuries in 6 cases,and high fall injuries in 4 cases.The classification of fractures was based on AO/OTA classification,and all fractures were in C3 type and were fixed with soft fixation combined with hollow screws.Results:All patients were followed up for 10-28 months,with an average of 16 months.Bone healing was achieved and no infection was found.The mean Mayo elbow function score(MEPS)was 82.6,the excellent rate and good rate were 60.5%and 20%,respectively,and the overall excellent and good rate was 80.5%.Conclusion:Soft fixation combined with hollow screw fixation in the treatment of C3 fractures can reconstruct the trochlea,restore the elbow anatomy,and obtain early functional exercise with satisfactory results.
