摘　　要：目的检测核不均一核糖核蛋白E1(hnRNP E1)在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌组织中表达情况,探讨其与术后复发的关系。方法选取2016年6月至2019年2月北京核工业医院收治的80例HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者的癌组织标本和80例子宫良性疾病患者的正常宫颈组织标本作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测宫颈癌和正常宫颈组织中hnRNP E1蛋白的表达。根据宫颈癌患者术后3年内复发情况将患者分为复发组(n=15)和未复发组(n=65),分析hnRNP E1蛋白表达与HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者术后复发的关系及影响HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者术后复发的危险因素。结果HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌组织中hnRNP E1蛋白表达阳性率显著低于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05);复发组宫颈癌组织中hnRNP E1蛋白表达阳性率显著低于未复发组(P<0.05);肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移、病理类型、脉管浸润、宫旁浸润、hnRNP E1蛋白表达与HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者术后复发有关(P<0.05);有脉管浸润、有宫旁浸润、hnRNP E1蛋白阴性表达是HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者术后复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论hnRNP E1蛋白在HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率降低,且与宫颈癌患者术后复发有关,可作为HPV18阳性Ⅰ、Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者潜在的预后标志物。Objective To detect the expression of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein E1(hnRNP E1)in human papilloma virus(HPV)18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer tissue,and to explore its relationship with postoperative recurrence.Methods Cancer tissue specimens of 80 patients with HPV18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer and normal cervical tissue specimens of 80 patients with benign uterine diseases admitted to Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital from June 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.The expression of hnRNP E1 protein in cervical cancer tissue and normal cervical tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Patients with cervical cancer were divided into recurrent group(n=15)and non-recurrent group(n=65)according to the recurrence rate within 3 years after operation,the relationship between the expression of hnRNP E1 protein and the postoperative recurrence of HPV18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer patients and the risk factors affecting the postoperative recurrence of HPV18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer patients were analyzed.Results The positive rate of hnRNP E1 protein expression in HPV18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05);the positive rate of hnRNP E1 protein expression in recurrence group was significantly lower than that in non-recurrence group(P<0.05);the depth of myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis,pathological type,vascular invasion,parauterine invasion,and expression of hnRNP E1 protein were associated with postoperative recurrence of HPV18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer patients(P<0.05);vascular invasion,parauterine invasion and negative expression of hnRNP E1 protein were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence in patients with HPV18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions The positive expression rate of hnRNP E1 protein in HPV18 positive stageⅠandⅡcervical cancer tissues is reduced,and it is associated with postoperative
