知觉压力对不育男性生育生活质量的影响:应对方式的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨不育男性的知觉压力、应对方式和生育生活质量之间的关系,以及应对方式的中介效应。方法选取2021年4月至9月山东省某三甲医院生殖医学中心诊治的414例不育男性作为研究对象。采用中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、中文版生育生活质量量表(FertiQol)对其进行问卷调查,分析调查结果。结果①不育男性知觉压力、应对方式(积极应对、消极应对)与生育生活质量呈两两显著相关(P<0.05);②积极应对在知觉压力与生育生活质量之间起部分中介作用;③消极应对在知觉压力与生育生活质量之间起部分中介作用。结论不育男性的知觉压力与积极应对方式、生育生活质量呈负相关,与消极应对方式呈正相关;积极应对与生育生活质量呈正相关,消极应对与生育生活质量呈负相关。应对方式在知觉压力及生育生活质量之间存在中介效应。Objective To explore the relationship between different perceived stress,coping styles and fertility quality of life in infertile male,and the mediating effect of coping styles.Methods A total of 414 male infertile patients diagnosed and treated in Reproductive Medicine Center of a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Shandong Province from April to September 2021 were selected as subjects.The Chinese version of the perceived stress scale(CPSS),simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and Chinese version of fertility quality of life questionnaire(FertiQol)were used to conduct questionnaire survey,and the results were analyzed.Results①Perceived stress and coping styles(positive coping,negative coping)were significantly correlated with fertility quality of life in infertile male(P<0.05).②Positive coping partially mediated the relationship between perceived stress and fertility quality of life.③Negative coping partially mediates the relationship between perceived stress and fertility quality of life.Conclusions The perceived stress of infertile male was negatively correlated with positive coping style and reproductive quality of life,and positively correlated with negative coping style.Positive coping was positively correlated with reproductive quality of life,while negative coping was negatively correlated with reproductive quality of life.There is a mediating effect of coping style between perceived stress and quality of life in childbirth.
