虚汗停颗粒对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿采用虚汗停颗粒治疗对其免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2018年12月至2021年12月苏州市中医医院收治的80例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用虚汗停颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后体液免疫指标IgA、IgM、IgG与细胞免疫指标CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),治疗有效率与不良反应。结果 观察组治疗有效率为90.11%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平有所改变,但观察组变化幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。结论 虚汗停颗粒应用于反复呼吸道感染患儿治疗中有利于提升免疫能力,并且可以通过改善免疫功能减少呼吸道感染次数,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of Xuhanting granule on immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.MethodsSelect 80 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted by Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 as the study object,and divide them into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Xuhanting granules on the basis of the control group.The humoral immune indexes IgA,IgM,IgG and cellular immune indexes CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)before and after treatment in the two groups,and the treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.11%,higher than 77.50% in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the two groups were changed,but the change range of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);No adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion The application of Xuhanting granules in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is beneficial to improve the immune function,and can reduce the number of respiratory tract infections by improving the immune function,with high safety.
