摘 要:目的本研究以虫草类药材为研究对象,旨在探索虫草中总砷及砷形态、价态。方法首先采用微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定药材总砷含量,其次采用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HPLC-ICP-MS)进行砷形态、价态分析。结果22批次虫草类样品中,总砷含量差异较明显,含量范围在0.1~36.2 mg·kg^(-1)之间,平均检出量为5.7 mg·kg^(-1),虫草类药材总砷含量水平较高;HPLC-ICP-MS分析结果表明,部分样品主要检出少量的亚砷酸、砷酸、砷甜菜碱、一甲基砷及一些少量的未知砷形态、价态,二甲基砷均未检出。相对总砷而言,游离的形态、价态砷检测结果普遍较低。游离的无机砷化合物中,其中亚砷酸(AsⅢ)最高为0.11 mg·kg^(-1),而砷酸(AsV)最高为0.58 mg·kg^(-1),无机砷总量(AsⅢ与AsV之和)平均值为0.29 mg·kg^(-1)。结论本研究初步明确了虫草类药材总砷及砷形态、价态残留情况,为菌类中药品种中总砷及砷形态价态研究提供借鉴,同时有助于进一步深入开展天然冬虫夏草中砷污染相关研究。OBJECTIVE To explore the total arsenic and arsenic morphology and valence in Cordyceps.METHODS Firstly,microwave digestion combined with ICP-MS was used to determine the total arsenic content of the herbs,then HPLC-ICP-MS was used to analyze the arsenic morphology and valence.RESULTS The total arsenic content varied significantly among 22 batches of Cordyceps samples in the range of 0.1-36.2 mg·kg^(-1),the average detection level was 5.7 mg·kg^(-1),and Cordyceps had high levels of total arse-nic.The results of HPLC-ICP-MS analysis showed that small amounts of arsenous acid,arsenic acid,arsenic betaine,monomethyl arse-nic and unknown arsenic forms and valencies were mainly detected in some samples,while dimethyl arsenic was not detected.Relative to the total arsenic,the free form and valence of arsenic detection results were generally low.Among the free inorganic arsenic compounds,the highest Asll was 0.11 mg·kg^(-1),while the highest AsV was 0.58 mg·kg^(-1),and the mean value of total inorganic arsenic(sum of AsIl and AsV)was O.29 mg·kg^(-1).CONCLUSION This study preliminarily clarifies the total arsenic,arsenic morphology,and valence residues in Cordyceps,which can provide reference for the study of total arsenic and arsenic morphology and valence in mycorrhizal herbal species,and help to further carry out research related to arsenic contamination in natural Cordyceps sinensis.
