摘 要:目的本研究对非洲采集的一种没药属植物进行生药学研究。方法参照《东非植物志》,对采自非洲原产地的植物标本进行基源鉴定,应用体式显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜等对茎、叶及树脂等部位进行了详细的观察和描述,并将该植物的树脂与天然没药、胶质没药对照药材进行了薄层色谱比对。结果经鉴定,该植物来源为橄榄科没药属植物Commiphora kataf(Forssk.)Engl.,其茎横切面和叶片横切面中的分泌腔、叶片表面的非腺毛等特征与相关文献记载的没药属植物特征相符。通过薄层实验发现,该植物树脂与天然没药对照药材具有相似的化学成分。结论本研究结果为澄清国内市场没药商品来源提供了必要的参考,也为进口药材质量标准的制定提供了实验依据。OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacognosy of a genus myrrh collected from Africa.METHODS By reference to the“Flora of East Africa”,the original identification of the plant specimens taken from the African was applied.The stem,leaf and resin parts were observed and described in detail by means of type microscope,scanning electron microscope and optical microscope.The resin of this plant was compared with natural myrrh and colloidal myrrh by TLC.RESULTS The origin of this plant was identified as Commiphora kataf(Forssk.)Engl..The characteristics of oil chamber in transverse section of stem and leaf and non-glandular hairs on leaf surface were consistent with those of myrrh recorded in related literature.Through thin layer experiment,it was found that the resin had similar chemical composition with natural myrrh reference substance.CONCLUSION The results of this study provide necessary reference for clarifying the source of myrrh in domestic market,and also provide experimental basis for establishing the quality standard of imported medicinal materials.
