摘　　要：通过对有关针刺治疗乳腺癌的文献进行可视化分析,探索该领域近20年的发展状况、研究热点及动态前沿。以Web of Science(WOS)中核心合集收录2002至2021年相关文献为对象,应用CiteSpace进行发文趋势、作者、国家-机构、文献共被引和研究领域热点分布分析,并绘制相关可视化图谱。结果显示,针刺疗法在乳腺癌中的应用具有良好的前景,其研究集中在临床试验。目前已开展的多项临床试验验证了针刺疗法治疗乳腺癌相关症状的有效性及安全性,未来可进一步开展更加严格、精心设计的临床试验;同时加强针刺治疗乳腺癌相关机制研究,对促进针刺疗法的应用以及提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量具有重要意义。Through visual analysis of the literatures on acupuncture treatment of breast cancer,to explore the development status,research hotspots,and dynamic frontier of this field in the recent 20 years.Taking the relevant literature collected in the core collection of Web of Science(WOS)from 2002 to 2021 as the object,CiteSpace was used to analyze the distribution of publishing trends,authors,country institutions,literature co-citations and hot spots in the research field,and to draw the relevant visual maps.The results show that acupuncture therapy in breast cancer has good prospects,which is focus on clinical trials.At present,several clinical trials have been carried out to verify the efficacy and safety of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of breast cancer-related symptoms.In the future,more rigorous and well-designed clinical trials can be carried out,and the research on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of breast cancer can be strengthened,which is of great significance to promote the application of acupuncture therapy and improve the life quality of breast cancer patients.
