摘  要:对比研究了国内外质子交换膜燃料电池用H_(2)的质量标准,针对其中的CH_(4),CO_(2),CO,HCHO,HCOOH,NH_(3),HCl等组分,建立了基于高准确度气体标准物质、动态稀释装置和傅里叶变换中红外光谱集成的分析平台。结果表明,CH_(4),CO_(2),CO,HCHO,HCOOH,NH_(3),HCl在稀释浓度范围内,各组分的线性关系良好,相关系数R2在0.999以上,各组分的方法检出限分别为0.045,0.040,0.010,0.006,0.009,0.022,0.031μmol/mol;测量系统的组分计算值与理论值的偏差在-6.7%~4.7%范围内,一个月内的日间重复性为2.1%~9.4%。表明建立的测量系统可以满足质子交换膜燃料电池用H_(2)中CH_(4),CO_(2),CO,HCHO,HCOOH,NH_(3),HCl等组分的准确定量和长期稳定分析的需求。The current quality standards of hydrogen for proton exchange membrane fuel cell were compared and studied in this paper.Aiming at the involved components such as CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),HCOOH,HCHO,NH_(3)and HCl,an analysis platform based on the integration of high accuracy gas reference material,dynamic dilution device and Fourier transform mid infrared spectroscopy was established.The experimental results showed that the linear relationships of CH_(4),CO_(2),CO,HCHO,HCOOH,NH_(3)and HCl were good in the dilution concentration range with the correlation coefficient R^(2) larger than 0.999,and the method detection limits were 0.045,0.040,0.010,0.006,0.009,0.022,0.031μmol/mol,respectively.The deviation between the calculated value for the components of the measurement system and the theoretical value was in the range of-6.7%-4.7%,and the daytime repeatability within one month was in the range of 2.1%-9.4%.The analysis and measurement system could meet the accuracy and stability analysis requirements of hydrogen for proton exchange membrane fuel cell.
