摘 要:建立了实时直接分析离子源-质谱(DART-MS)快速检测沙土中5种神经性毒剂降解产物的方法。方法在0.03~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.03~0.1 mg/kg, 5种神经性毒剂降解产物在沙土中的回收率均不低于71.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不超过11%。利用建立的DART-MS定性方法分析了禁止化学武器组织(OPCW)的PT48次环境样品水平考试盲样样品,根据获得的母离子和碎片离子的高分辨质谱(HRMS)数据及MS/HRMS质谱碎裂特征,鉴定出所有适合DART-MS分析的化学毒剂相关化合物,与OPCW发布的配样清单一致。A qualitative and quantitative method for rapid analysis of five nerve agents degradation products in sand samples was developed by direct analysis in real time-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(DART-MS).The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.03-10 mg/L, the limits of quantitation were 0.03-0.1 mg/kg, the recoveries were more than 71.8% and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 11%. The chemical agents related compounds in the 48thofficial organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons(OPCW) proficiency test environmental samples were accurately identified based on the precursor ions and product ions high resolution mass spectroscopy(HRMS) data and MS/HRMS fragmentation pathways using this method. The results were consist with the lists of samples preparated from OPCW.
