摘 要:近年来全自动在线前处理技术在法庭科学毒物分析领域得到了快速的发展和应用。在线前处理技术相较于传统提取技术,具有高效便捷、高稳定性、安全性、高灵敏度等优势,与日益增长的毒物检验分析需求完美契合。对多种在线前处理技术在法庭科学毒物检验中的应用、难点、解决措施以及发展前景和方向进行了综述,旨在为毒物检验中自动化技术的发展提供参考。In recent years, the automatic online pretreatment technology has been rapidly developed and applied in the field of forensic toxicological analysis. Compared with traditional extraction technology, online pretreatment technology has unique advantages such as high efficiency, convenience, high stability, safety and high sensitivity, which perfectly fits the growing demand for toxicant analysis. The application, difficulties, solutions, development prospects and directions of various online pretreatment technologies in forensic toxicology testing are reviewed, which can provide reference for the development of automation technology in toxicology testing.
