摘　　要：文章基于黔东南三线多层装配式厂房群体的设计分析,梳理了三线建设时期中国工业建筑领域现代主义传播的技术脉络.作者通过田野调查与文献研究,从设计和工业建造技术关联性的角度,对体量、结构、空间、几何、构件、连接方式等多个子系统进行横向比较,分析中国黔东南三线地区多层装配式厂房的7个样本(1964-1975年)与德国建筑师奥托·施泰德勒的5次支撑体住宅设计实验(1969-1982年)的异同.文章梳理了特定背景下的工业建造系统实践的历史语境,挖掘其建构设计价值,对研究三线普通工业遗产的设计价值评判、存量时代的工业建筑保护和改造利用具有借鉴意义,也为设计和教学提供启发.The paper not only elaborates on the level of design of the multistorey factory buildings in southeastern Guizhou,but also reviews the spreading of modernism in the field of industrial construction in China.Seven cases of the multistorey factory building in the Third Front Region of southwestern China(1964-1975)and the German architect Otto Steidle's five structure-infll residential experiments(1969-1982)are compared in the paper,which breaks the knowledge boundaries of industrial and civil buildings.To this end,the authors have made extensive field and literature research;from the perspective of the relevance of design and industrial construction technology,they have used aerial surveys and ArchiCAD's graphical database to conduct literature studies and graphical comparisons.Thecomparison ismadebasedon multiple subsystems such as volume,structure,space,geometry,components,and connection methods.The paper reviews the systematic practice of industrial construction under specific background and the value of construction design,thus providing an international perspective and detailed historical data for the design value evaluation of the general industrial heritage from the Third Front era.It has also referential significance to the protection and reuse of industrial buildings in the stockera.
