新型养老社区建筑规划设计要点分析

摘　　要：以老年人生活环境需求为出发点,指出传统养老社区建筑规划设计中存在的3个主要问题,即没有充分重视老年人的需求、养老社区住房配套设施缺乏、功能设计缺乏多样性,并分析传统养老社区建筑规划设计存在的问题。Taking the living environment needs of the elderly as the starting point,this paper points out three main problems existing in the planning and design of traditional elderly care community buildings,namely,lacking enough attention to the needs of the elderly,the lack of supporting facilities of elderly care community housing,the lack of diversity of functional design,and analyzes the problems existing in the planning and design of traditional elderly care community buildings.
