摘  要:以嘉兴站现浇无机磨石地面施工为例,分别从基层、找平层及面层施工工艺和施工环境等方面,对现浇无机磨石地面施工开裂的原因进行深入的探索和研究。通过采取基层清理补缝、优化找平层材料配比、厚度控制、合理设置分隔缝、面层研磨、固化防护及混凝土覆膜养护等防开裂措施,保证了现浇无机磨石地面的施工质量。Taking the construction of cast-in-place inorganic grinding stone floor in Jiaxing Station as an example,the reasons for the cracking of cast-in-place inorganic grinding stone floor construction are deeply explored and studied from the aspects of construction technology and construction environment of base layer,screed layer and surface layer.The construction quality of the cast-in-situ inorganic grinding stone floor is ensured by taking anti cracking measures such as cleaning and repairing joints of the base course,optimizing the material ratio of the leveling layer,controlling the thickness,reasonably setting the separation joints,grinding the surface layer,curing protection and concretefilmcuring.
