摘　　要：城市无接触配送体系即在传统城市物流产业基础上,展开配送技术与模式转型,在保障城市物资高频流通需求的同时,也满足政府提升城市物流产业新冠肺炎疫情安全防控能力的诉求。在此背景下,本文以“无接触城市”为导向,通过对“业务”“管理”“监测调控”的“无接触”再设计,使体系内容进一步具现化;通过对城市无接触配送体系的规划设想,对未来城市无接触配送体系的发展提出针对性建议。The urban non-contact distribution system is to carry out the transformation of distribution technology and model on the basis of the traditional urban logistics industry.While ensuring the demand for high-frequency distribution of urban materials,it also meets the demand of the government to improve the ability of urban logistics industry to prevent and control epidemics.Under this background,this paper is guided by the design idea of"contactless city",and further realizes the system content through the"contactless"redesign of"business""management"and"system monitoring and regulation".Through the planning assumption of the urban non-contact distribution system,puts forward targeted suggestions for the development of the delivery system.
