摘  要:利用柔性互联装置对配电网进行改造,可实现源-网-荷-储柔性高效互动,解决分布式电源大量接入带来的负载不均衡和电能质量问题。针对低压台区柔性互联,提出了基于多模式柔性互联的交直流低压配电网优化调度模型。首先,考虑背靠背和交直流混联的低压柔性互联装置组网方式,建立柔性互联装置和光-储-充-荷元件的低压模型。然后,基于低压模型,以多层级负载不均衡度、网损、运营成本为优化目标,提出了基于多模式柔性互联的交直流低压配电网优化调度模型,并采用凸优化理论对模型进行凸化和线性化,调用Gurobi求解器得到模型的全局最优解。最后,通过交直流混合低压配电网算例验证了所提模型和求解算法的有效性。The transformation for the distribution network by the flexible interconnection device can realize the flexible and efficient interaction between source, grid, load and storage, and solve the problems of load imbalance and power quality caused by the large number of distributed generators. Aiming at the flexible interconnection in low-voltage transformer area, an optimal dispatch model of AC/DC hybrid low-voltage distribution network based on multi-mode flexible interconnection is proposed. First, considering the networking forms of back-to-back and hybrid AC/DC low-voltage flexible interconnection devices, the low-voltage model of the flexible interconnection device and the PV-storage-charge-load element is established. Then, based on the low-voltage model,taking multi-level load imbalance degree, network loss and operation cost as optimization objectives, an optimal dispatch model of AC/DC hybrid low-voltage distribution network based on multi-mode flexible interconnection is proposed. Convex optimization theory is also used to convexize and linearize the model, and Gurobi solver is called to obtain the global optimal solution of the model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model and the solution algorithm is verified by the case of AC/DC hybrid lowvoltage distribution network.
