摘 要:新能源参与电力系统一次调频时一般会设置调频死区,以达到避免机组频繁动作与保障调频效果之间的平衡。与传统同步机调速器设备性能决定的固定死区不同,新能源的一次调频死区可在较大区间内灵活设置,并且设置方式更加多样化。然而,新能源一次调频死区对系统频率安全的非线性影响机理尚不明确,尤其是高比例新能源参与调频场景下,无法分析其对系统一次调频效果的影响。为此,文中首先建立了考虑新能源一次调频死区的系统频率响应模型,通过解析求解频率动态响应表达式,分析了新能源一次调频关键参数对系统频率重要指标的影响,并指出普通型调频死区的存在会削弱系统的一次调频能力。然后,为减小普通型死区对调频效果的影响,提出了新能源一次调频系数修正策略,以改善一次调频效果。最后,仿真验证结果表明,考虑新能源死区的系统频率响应模型具有较高的精度,且所提一次调频系数修正策略可减小最大频率偏差,提高系统频率安全性。When renewable energy participates in the primary frequency regulation, its dead band in frequency regulation is generally set to achieve a balance between avoiding frequent start-up of the unit and ensuring the frequency regulation performance.Unlike the fixed dead band determined by the equipment performance of traditional synchronous generator governors, the dead band in primary frequency regulation of renewable energy can be flexibly set within a larger range with diverse setting methods.However, the nonlinear influential mechanism of the dead band in the primary frequency regulation of renewable energy is still unclear. Especially in the scenario of the high proportion of renewable energy participating in the frequency regulation, the influence of the dead band on the frequency regulation performance cannot be analyzed. Hence, the system frequency response model considering the dead band in the primary frequency regulation of renewable energy is first analyzed. After analytically solving the frequency dynamic response expression, the influence of key parameters of primary frequency regulation of renewable energy on the important system frequency index is analyzed. And it is pointed out that the ordinary dead band in frequency regulation will weaken the primary frequency regulation capability. Then, in order to reduce the influence of the ordinary dead band on the frequency regulation performance, a coefficient correction strategy for the primary frequency regulation of renewable energy is proposed to improve the primary frequency regulation performance. Finally, the simulation results show that the accuracy of system frequency response model considering the dead band of renewable energy is higher, and the maximum frequency deviation can be reduced and the security of system frequency can be improved by using the proposed coefficient correction strategy for the primary frequency regulation.
