摘  要:该文搭建了使用R410A制冷剂涡旋式压缩机的高能效空气源燃气热泵实验平台。在实验台上进行不同进水温度tw,in(8.8~18.8℃)、发动机转速Neng(1400~2400 r/min)、环境温度Tamb(24~43℃)、进水流量Gw(9.16~18.32 m^(3)/h)影响下的制冷特性研究,得到制冷量(Qc)、耗气功率(P_(gas))、压缩机功率(Pcomp)、一次能源利用率(RPER)、总一次能源利用率(RPER,all)及性能系数(RCOP)的变化规律。结果表明,RPER受RCOP与发动机热效率η_(eng)的双重影响,制冷运行时RPER、RPER,all与η_(eng)分别处于0.935~1.224、1.388~1.720与27.56%~35.25%之间。由不确定度分析可得Qc、P_(gas)和RPER的相对不确定度分别为5.61%、1.00%和5.70%,表明系统测试结果稳定可靠。In this paper,an energy-efficient air source gas engine-driven heat pump(GHP)experimental platform was built innovatively based on the use of scroll compressors with R410A.The cooling performance characteristics of the GHP system were investigated.The changes of cooling capacity(Qc),gas consumption power(P_(gas)),compressor power(Pcomp),primary energy ratio(RPER),total primary energy ratio(RPER,all)and coefficient of performance(RCOP)were obtained under the conditions of a wide range of water inlet temperatures tw,in(8.8-18.8℃),engine speeds Neng(1400-2400 r/min),ambient air temperatures Tamb(24-43℃)and water inlet flow rates Gw(9.16-18.32 m^(3)/h).The results show that RPER is affected by both RCOP and engine thermal efficiencyη_(eng).In cooling operation,RPER,RPER,all andη_(eng)are between 0.935-1.224,1.388-1.720 and 27.56%-35.25%,respectively.According to the uncertainty analysis,the maximum relative uncertainties of Qc,P_(gas)and RPER are 5.61%,1.00%and 5.70%respectively,indicating that the test results are stable and reliable.
