摘　　要：目的探讨老年人社区护理服务需求的项目特征及关联性,为改善社区护理服务提供参考。方法量性研究:采用回顾性调查法,收集2021年11—12月大庆市萨尔图区街道卫生服务中心参与各类护理服务项目的206名老年人的相关信息,包括参与护理服务项目内容及次数、参与总次数。质性研究:采用分层抽样法选取15名老年人进行访谈,以资料饱和为原则。采用Apriori关联分析法分析不同护理服务项目的关联,计算项/项集的支持度、置信度和提升度。结果老年人参与社区护理服务项目总数为104项,包括健康咨询、健康讲座、测量血压、测量血糖、静脉输液、趣味活动6类,各项/项集的支持度均>0.02,置信度均>0.45,提升度均>1,且项目间存在相互促进作用。质性研究共凝练出3个主题:老年人社区护理服务项目的需求与参与度、社区老年人参与社区护理服务项目的影响因素、社区护理服务项目对老年人的健康促进作用。结论老年人存在不同的社区护理服务需求,各项目间具有促进作用,社区医护人员可根据项目关联特点,设置合理的服务项目,提高社区护理服务水平,保障老年人的基本健康。Objective To explore the project characteristics and correlation of community nursing service demand in the elderly people,so as to provide a reference for improving community nursing service.Methods Quantitative study:a retrospective survey was adopted to collect the relevant information of 206 elderly people who participated in various nursing service projects in Saltu District Street Health Service Center of Daqing from November to December 2021,including the content and frequency of participating nursing service projects and the total number of participating.Qualitative study:15 elderly people were selected for interviews by the stratified sampling method,based on the principle of data saturation.The Apriori association analysis method was used to analyze the association of different nursing service items,and calculate support degree,confidence degree and promotion degree of item/item set.Results The total number of the elderly people participating in community nursing services was 104,including health consultation,health lectures,blood pressure measurement,blood glucose measurement,intravenous infusion,fun activities 6 categories,with support degree of the item/itemset>0.02,confidence degree>0.45,lift degree>1,and there was a mutual promotion effect among the projects.A total of 3 themes were summarized in the qualitative research:the needs and participation of the elderly people in community nursing service projects,the influencing factors of the elderly people's participation in community nursing service projects,and health promotion effect of community nursing service projects in the elderly people.Conclusions The elderly have different demand for community nursing service,and there is a mutual promotion effect among the projects.Community medical staff should set up reasonable service items according to the characteristics of project correlation,improve the level of community nursing service,and guarantee the basic health of the elderly people.
