摘　　要：目的探讨脐带间充质干细胞生长因子凝胶对AGA模型小鼠毛发生长是否有促进作用。方法把20只C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组和凝胶组,在背部做脱毛处理,比较各组小鼠新生毛发长度、毛发直径和毛囊数的差异;苏木精-伊红染色观察毛囊细胞数量和形态改变,比较皮肤组织雄激素受体mRNA、蛋白表达量。结果相较于空白组,模型组小鼠毛发长度变短,毛发直径减小,病理学观察可见毛囊总数明显减少且毛囊微型化;阳性对照组和凝胶组小鼠新生毛发长度、毛发直径和毛囊数均高于模型组;模型组雄激素受体mRNA、蛋白表达量明显高于空白组,凝胶组蛋白表达量低于模型组。结论脐带间充质干细胞生长因子凝胶对雄激素性脱发模型小鼠毛发生长有促进作用。Objective To investigate whether umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell growth factor gel can promote hair growth in AGA model mice.Methods Twenty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the positive control group and the gel group.After hair removal on the back,the differences of new hair length,diameter and follicle number of each group were compared.The number and morphological changes of hair follicle cells were observed by HE staining,and the mRNA and protein expressions of androgen receptors in skin tissues were compared.Results The hair length of mice in the model group was shorter than that in the blank group,and the number of hair follicles was significantly reduced and the hair follicles miniaturized.The length,diameter and number of new hair follicles in the positive control group and the gel group were higher than those in the model group.The mRNA and protein expression of androgen receptors in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group,while the histone expression in the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell growth factor gel group was lower than that in the model group.Conclusion Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell growth factor gel can promote hair growth in androgenetic alopecia model mice.
