摘  要:为配合首绳更换装置液压系统进行自动化、电气化控制,提出了针对整个换绳过程的PLC控制系统。对控制系统硬件结构进行了模块化设计,根据首绳更换装置控制要求,选择合适的控制系统硬件,并对PLC输入/输出变量地址进行了定义,在此基础上,对PLC控制系统电路进行了设计。其次,根据首绳更换装置工艺要求和控制要求,采用STEP7编程软件对控制系统软件程序进行了编写。利用昆仑通态组态软件研发了该装置的监控系统,对该装置状态进行实时图形化显示,并自动记录保存关键数据,同时还可通过操控界面进行直接控制,具有良好的人机交互性。最后,通过试验装置模拟换绳工况,并进行了试验,试验结果表明,换绳时间缩短1/2以上,全过程基本实现自动化。In order to cooperate with the hydraulic system of the head rope replacement device for automation and electrification control,proposed a PLC control system for the whole rope replacement process.The hardware structure of the control system was designed modularized.According to the control requirements of the head rope replacement device,the appropriate hardware of the control system was selected,and the address of the PLC input/output variable was defined.On this basis,the circuit of the PLC control system was designed.Secondly,according to the technological requirements and control requirements of the head rope replacement device,the software program of the control system was writen by STEP7 programming software.The monitoring system of the device was developed by using the Kunlun configuration software,which can display the state of the device in real-time graphics,and automatically record and save the key data.At the same time,it can be directly controlled through the control interface with good man-machine interaction.Finally,the rope replacement condition was simulated by the test device,and the test was carried out.The test results show that the rope replacement time is shortened by more than half,and the whole process is basically automated.
