摘 要:截割机构是悬臂式掘进机的工作机构,其性能的好坏直接影响到整机的工作性能。利用CREO4.0建立EBZ160型掘进机的三维实体模型;通过结构简化、载荷和驱动分析,运用ADAMS建立动力学模型,对截割机构横摆截割工况进行动力学仿真分析,得出截割头的运动变化曲线和截割机构关键零部件的受力变化规律,为掘进机设计和研究提供理论依据和设计参考。The cutting mechanism is the working mechanism of the cantilever roadheader,and its performance directly affects the working performance of the whole machine.The three-dimensional solid model of EBZ160 roadheader was established by using CREO4.0.Through structural simplification,load and drive analysis,the dynamic model was established by ADAMS,and the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out under the cutting condition of the cutting mechanism with lateral swing.The motion change curve of the cutting head and the force change law of the key parts of the cutting mechanism were obtained,which provides theoretical basis and design reference for the design and research of the roadheader.
