摘 要:针对双绳缠绕式提升系统在绳长差影响下的动力学响应问题,采用假设模态法和拉格朗日方程构建了系统耦合振动力学方程,并通过引入拉格朗日乘子对几何约束处的约束力进行描述。构建了ADAMS仿真模型,理论计算结果与ADAMS仿真结果吻合良好,验证了模型的正确性。从结果可以看出:2个提升绳间的绳长差不仅会造成提升容器纵向的振动,而且会造成容器扭转振动。导向绳的张力对系统纵向振动几乎无影响,但若张力设计不合理,则有可能造成提升容器较大的横向振动。Aiming at the dynamic response problem of double rope winding hoisting system under the influence of rope length difference,the mechanical equation of system coupling vibration was constructed by using assumed mode method and Lagrange equation,and the constraint force at the geometric constraint was described by introducing Lagrange multiplier.The ADAMS simulation model was constructed,and the theory calculation results are in good agreement with the ADAMS simulation results,which verified the correctness of the model.It can be seen from the results that the rope length difference between the two lifting ropes will not only cause the longitudinal vibration of the lifting container,but also cause the torsional vibration of the container.The tension of the guide rope has little effect on the longitudinal vibration of the system,but if the tension design is unreasonable,it may cause large transverse vibration of the lifting container.
