摘 要:对煤矿岩巷综掘面岩石特性进行了测试,为矿用干式除尘器过滤单元选型提供依据;选择适用于岩巷综掘面岩尘过滤的复合聚酯纤维褶皱板式滤芯和PTFE烧结板滤芯进行了性能参数对比,得出了适合岩巷综掘面干式除尘器过滤单元的滤芯和过滤参数。研究结果表明:相同条件下,复合聚酯纤维褶皱板式滤芯综合性能优于PTFE烧结板,为岩巷综掘面干式除尘器过滤单元优选滤芯。得出了过滤风速0.8~1.5 m/s的基础参数,为矿用干式除尘器高效除尘提供了基础依据。The rock characteristics of the fully mechanized excavation face in the rock roadway of coal mine were tested,which provides the basis for the selection of the filter unit of the dry dust collector.The performance parameters of composite polyester fiber pleated plate filter element and PTFE sintered plate filter element suitable for rock dust filtration in the.fully mechanized excavation face of rock roadway were compared and the filter element and filter parameters suitable for the dry dust filter unit in the fully mechanized excavation face of rock roadway were obtained.The results show that under the same conditions,the comprehensive performance of the composite polyester fiber pleated plate filter element is better than that of the PTFE sintered plate,and it is the best filter element for the dry dust collector in the fully mechanized excavation face of rock roadway.The basic parameters of filter wind velocity 0.8-1.5.m/s were obtained,which provides a basic basis for efficient dust removal of mine dry dust collector.
