摘 要:针对煤矿井下近水平复合钻进中超长钻柱的振动问题,运用预应力模态法对其进行研究。在3353 m近水平复合钻进试验基础上,结合复合钻进的工作机理和实钻轨迹建立了仿真模型。通过定向复合钻进中复合钻进和滑动定向钻进2种工况的受力分析,为仿真模型提供了理论支撑。根据近水平复合钻进中试验设备及其关键参数建立了预应力分析模型,并提取了前6阶模态特征值。结果表明,超长钻柱复合钻进2种工况下固有频率都比较小,且较为接近,长钻孔定向钻施工难度大。该研究对于复合钻进超长钻柱的施工、近水平超长钻柱动力学理论研究有参考意义。Aiming at the problem of vibration of ultra-long drilling columns in near-horizontal composite drlling in coal mines,studied by applying the pre-stress modal method.Based on the 3353 m nearhorizontal composite drilling test,the simulation model was established by combining the working mechanism of composite drilling and the actual drilling trajectory.The theoretical support for the simulation model was provided through the force analysis of two working conditions of composite drilling and sliding directional drilling in directional composite drilling.A pre-stress analysis model was established based on the test equipment and its key parameters in near horizontal composite drilling,and the first six orders of modal characteristic values were extracted.The results show that the inherent frequencies in both working conditions of the composite drilling of the ultra-long drill column are relatively small and close,which has difficulty of the construction of long borehole directional drilling.This study has reference significance for the construction of composite drilling ultra-long drlling column,near horizontal ultra-long drilling column dynamics theory research.
