摘　　要：回顾煤矿井下工作面刮板输送机用减速器数字化技术的发展,分析减速器故障类型,研究减速器各类故障与减速器各运行数据之间的关系,总结出与减速器运行状态紧密相关的信息,研究采集方法,实现减速器运行的数字化。对减速器运行故障进行分析和预判,为减速器设计提供依据,同时为刮板输送机智能化提供数据支持。Looked back the development of digital technology of reducer of scraper conveyor in underground working face of coal mine.Analyzed the fault type of reducer,researched the relationship between various faults of reducer and various operation data of reducer.Summarized the operation status of the reducer closely related information,researched collection method,realizeed digitization of reducer operation.Analyzed and prediced the running fault of the reducer,which provides basis for reducer design and at the same time provides data support for the intellectualization of scraper conveyor.
