摘　　要：对Q355D钢板制定相应的焊接工艺规程,并按照澳标AS/NZS 1554.1-2014要求进行了焊接工艺评定。对焊接试件进行无损检测、拉伸试样、弯曲试验、冲击试验、宏观检测和硬度检测,结果证明该焊接工艺规程符合澳标要求。Laid down the welding procedure specification of Q355D steel plate,and carried out the welding procedure qualification on the basis of Australian standard AS/NZS 1554.1-2014.The welding pieces were tested which included the NDT,the tensile testing,the bend testing,the impact testing,the macro examination and the hardness testing,and the results show that the welding procedure specification meet the requirements of Australian standard.
