摘　　要：根据所需铍青铜零件的结构特点,提出了铍青铜零件的切削工艺路线。针对铍青铜的材料性能,优化相应的工艺路线和工艺参数。设计零件的线切割工装,制作出符合要求的铍青铜零件。According to the structural characteristics of beryllium-bronze parts,the cutting process of beryllium-bronze parts was proposed.In view of the material properties of beryllum-bronze,optimized the corresponding process routes and process parameters.Designed the correct line-cutting process tooling of parts,which makes beryllium-bronze parts to meet the requirements.
