摘  要:矿用气体传感器的可靠性和灵敏度直接关系到煤矿安全系统的安全程度,精准测量和性能稳定的数据来源是煤矿安全监控系统正常运行的重要环节。针对我国生产企业气体传感器测试存在的人工耗时长、工作效率相对较低以及有毒有害气体不环保排放等诸多问题,研究了2套智能化测试装置。该装置采用煤矿安全监控系统植入机械臂ROS主机技术和监测废气系统Keil软件,设计滑环取电技术和充气单元相互配合进行测试,智能化提升测试手段,实现矿用气体传感器安全高效的检定出厂。The reliability and sensitivity of the mine gas sensor are directly related to the safety degree of the coal mine safety system.Accurate measurement and stable performance data sources are important links for the normal operation of the coal mine safety monitoring system.Aiming at many problems of gas sensor testing in Chinese manufacturers,such as long manual time consuming,relatively lower working efficiency testing methods,and environmental pollution of toxic and harmful gases,studied two sets of intelligent testing devices.The device adopts the coal mine safety monitoring system embedded with the robot arm ROS host technology and the monitoring exhaust gas system Keil software,designs the slip ring power supply technology and the inflation unit to cooperate with each other for testing,intelligently improves the test means,and realizes the safe and efficient verification and delivery of the mine gas sensor.
