摘　　要：液压支架是综采设备中重要的支护设备,可保护井下人员及设备安全。立柱作为液压支架的主要支撑部件,直接决定支架的使用寿命。设计了一种液压支架双伸缩立柱新型活柱结构。通过设计改进可减少加工工序,提升立柱生产效率;在工作面来压时可实现快速卸压,起到保护支架安全的作用;同时可减少乳化液、防冻液的使用,达到环保和效益的双提升。Hydraulic support is an important support equipment in fully mechanized mining equipment,which can protect underground personnel and equipment safety.As the main support component of hydraulic support,the column directly determines the service life of the support.Designed a new structure movable column of double telescopic column of hydraulic support.Through design improvement,the processing procedure can be reduced and the production efficiency of column can be improved.Quick pressure relief can be realized when the working surface is pressurized,which protects the safety of the support.Meanwhile,the use of emulsion and antifreeze can be reduced,so as to achieve double promotion of environmental protection and benefit.
