摘  要:矿用带式输送机作为主要的综采设备,输送能力直接决定煤矿的产能。由于输送机一次可承受的载荷是固定的,以传感检测为主的方式存在阈值判断过程模糊空间不定、监测敏感性不高的问题。为避免机械故障,提出一种矿用带式输送机过载传感检测中的模糊阈值判断方法。通过无线传感技术计算出额定载荷和实际载荷间差别,对可能的过载情况进行划分并计算减载率;设计基于渔夫捕鱼算法的阈值估计模型,设计最优的模糊阈值判断方案;当减载率大于额定限度时,即可确定输送机出现过载阈值,完成输送机过载检测。实验结果表明,无线传感技术能够精准检测出矿用带式输送机载荷量,一旦发生过载能敏锐感知,具有检测效率高及检测简单的优势。As the main fully mechanized mining equipment,the conveying capacity of the mine belt conveyor directly determines the capacity of the mine.Since the load that the conveyor can bear at one time is fixed,the method based on sensing detection has the problems of fuzzy threshold judgment process uncertain space and low monitoring sensitivity.In order to avoid mechanical failure,a fuzzy threshold judgment method in overload sensing detection of mine belt conveyor was proposed.Through wireless sensor technology,the difference between rated load and actual load was calculated,the possible overload situation was divided,and the load reduction rate was calculated.The threshold estimation model based on fisherman fishing algorithm was designed,and the optimal fuzzy threshold judgment scheme was designed.When the load reduction rate is greater than the rated limit,the overload threshold of the conveyor can be determined,and the overload detection of the conveyor can be completed.The experimental results show that the wireless sensor technology can accurately detect the load of the mine belt conveyor.Once overload occurs,it can sensitively sense,and has the advantages of high detection efficiency and simple detection..
