技术推广引领乡村振兴:模式构建、协同效应与进路反思——以农林院校专家驻村建站为例

摘　　要：纵观农业发展史,科技进步已成为农业转型发展的助推器。农业技术推广案例实践表明,农林院校专家驻村建站已成为农业农村发展新动能培育的重要方向。以科技引领乡村振兴,形成专家、基层农技人员、职业农民多领域人才交流互动、科研成果转化与集成应用、小农户与现代农业技术有机衔接的多维协同体系。根据调研观察,总结技术推广持续助推乡村振兴的困境与对策,保障技术推广中多主体共建共生格局稳定性。Throughout the history of agricultural development,scientific and technological progress has become a booster for the transformation of agriculture.The cases of agricultural technology promotion show that the establishment of agricultural and forestry college experts staying at villages has become an important direction for the development of new driver of agricultural and rural development.Leading rural revitalization with technology,it is proposed to form a multi-dimensional collaborative system of experts consisting of grass-roots agricultural technicians,and professional farmers in multiple fields of talent exchange and interaction,the transformation and integrated application of scientific research results,and the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural technology.Based on the investigation and observation,the problems and strategies derived from the process of technology promotion in rural revitalization were summarized,guaranteeing the stability of multi-subject co-construction symbiosis in technology promotion.
