摘 要:文章从跨学科视角运用系统功能三大元功能变量,分析了在能源技术研讨会上译员的口译案例,旨在考察压力场合下译员在实现及时、准确和完整传达方面的元功能理据及其响应策略,探究该理论在口译应用的适切性。研究发现,面对“临场失误”和各类非规范化表达危机,为达到理想传译效果,必须要突破跨文化交际技能、专业知识欠缺和内外语境危机,积极建构异域场景下的认知义、交际义和语篇义。文章认为,这种从概念、人际和语境三维路径培养译员的危机响应和跨文化交际能力,能更好地拓展系统功能理论的口译应用研究,也会对今后交替口译教学发挥更好的反拨作用。The paper applies the three metafunctional variables of system function from an interdisciplinary perspective to analyze interpreting cases of interpreters at energy technology seminars,aiming to examine the metafunctional rationale and response strategies of interpreters in achieving timely,accurate,and complete communication under pressure,and explore the applicability of this theory in interpretation.Research has found that in the face of“on-the-spot errors”and various non-standard expression crises,in order to achieve ideal translation effects,it is necessary to break through the deficiency in cross-cultural communication skills,and professional knowledge,as well as internal and external contextual crises,and actively construct cognitive meaning,communicative meaning,and textual meaning in foreign contexts.The paper believes that cultivating translators’crisis response and cross-cultural communication abilities from the three-dimensional path of ideational metafunction,interpersonal metafunction and textual metafunction can better expand the application research of systemic functional theory in interpreting,and will also play a better backwash role in future consecutive interpreting teaching.
