摘　　要：人工智能技术的全球化是在数字技术漫溢背景下,一种资本裹挟技术的发展模式,它影响了现代资本主义的生产、分配和消费方式。凯尔纳的技术资本主义改造社会体系体现在三个方面,即物质方面的虚拟化需求、精神方面的虚无主义、剥削方面的全新闭环模式。晚期马克思主义是理解技术资本主义的一把钥匙。探究技术资本主义社会的发展逻辑以及资本主义的新变化,以期揭示晚期马克思主义对当代资本主义与技术的内在关联性,对中国式现代化具有重要的启示作用。The globalization of artificial intelligence(Al)technology is a development mode of technology dominated by capital under the background of the overflowing of digital technology,which affects the production,distribution,and consumption mode of modern capitalism.Douglas Kellner'"Techno-capitalism"transforms social systems through three aspects:the virtualized demand of material aspect,the nihilism of spiritual aspect,and the new closed-loop modeofexploitationaspect Late Marxism is a key to understand techno-capitalism This article probes into the development logic of technological capitalist society and the new changes of capitalism to reveal the internal correlation of late Marxism with contemporary capitalism and technology,and provide inspiration for a Chinese path to modernization.
