摘　　要：互联网领域的相关技术专利涵盖交互技术、区块链技术、物联网技术、人工智能技术、网络技术和游戏技术等,专利布局已初具规模,我国在相关领域专利申请数量位居全球第一。目前,各级政府和龙头科技公司已率先布局互联网产业,积极加强互联网技术创新和产业培训。从我国互联网产业布局及专利申请情况看,我国具备丰厚的互联网相关技术储备,数字经济产业发展态势良好,预期未来将为国民经济发展带来强大的推动作用。Internet related technology patents include interactive,blockchain,internet of things,artificial intelligence,network and game technology,etc.The distribution of patents has begun to take shape in China,and the number of patent applications in related fields ranks first in the world.At present,governments at all levels and the head technology companies have taken the lead in the layout of the internet industry,and actively strengthen the internet technological innovation and industrial training.Through the analysis of the distribution of China’s internet industry and patent application status,it is found that China is qualified with rich internet related technology storage,the development of digital economy industry is good and will strongly promote national economic development.
