摘　　要：近年,大学生毕业人数不断攀升,加之不断变化的就业形势,使大学生个体产生不同程度的心理变化。为研究大学应届毕业生心理健康与就业压力间的关系,通过心理症状自评量表、大学生就业压力量表对天津市高校的应届毕业生进行调研发现,毕业给受访者的心理压力带来一定程度的影响,就业压力受到较大程度影响,毕业前大学生面临心理与就业双重压力。进行回归分析发现,受访者的抑郁情绪越强烈其职业期望越低。整体上,受访者的就业压力受不同心理因素影响且会随时发生变化。在毕业生毕业前缓解其心理压力与就业压力具有积极的现实意义,需要以学生为本、以问题为导向对毕业生做好心理健康监测和就业帮扶工作。Recently,the number of college graduates increases continuously,and the employment situation changes continuously.Different degrees of psychological changes appear among college students.In order to research the relationship between psychological health and employment pressure of fresh graduates,the study investigates fresh graduates in Tianjin City with Self-rating Psychological Symptom Scale and Employment Pressure Scale for College Students.It is found that graduation influences the psychological pressure of interviewees to some extend,and employment pressure to larger extend.College students face psychological and employment pressure before graduation.Regression analysis finds that the stronger the depression of the interviewee is,the lower his job expectancy is.Generally,employment pressure of interviewees changes with different psychological factors.There is realistic significance to relieve graduates’psychological and employment pressure before graduation.It is necessary to do well in psychological health supervision and employment assistance of graduates under the orientation of students and problems.
