摘　　要：窃电手法虽然五花八门,但是万变不离其宗,目前常见主要窃电手段是通过故意制造计量装置故障,从而达到少计电量的目的。文章介绍的侦查方法充分利用智能电能表和远程抄表系统,通过运行状态分析,新技术结合老办法,从诊断计量故障入手,侦查窃电行为,使侦查工作更加精准和高效。Though the methods of electricity stealing are diversified,the principle is the same.Currently,common ways of electricity stealing mainly have failures that are created intentionally to decrease the recorded quantity of power usage in metering devices.This article introduces an investigation method in the style of rolling with the punches.Fully utilizing intelligent electric meters and remote meter reading systems,the investigation method proceeds with the failure diagnosis in metering devices.In the method,status analysis of operation condition is applied,combined with both new techniques and old approaches.Thus,the investigation is more precise and efficient.
